With our sleek modern Star Trac cardio equipment you’ll find a variety of programmable machines that other gyms fail to compete with. Their ease of use and smooth motions will make training feel comfortable even when you’re pushing yourself to the limit. Treadmills, upright & recumbent bikes, steppers and X-Trainers all made under the Star Trac brand and ready for your use at Astley Park.

On top of this we also have a selection of Precor X-Trainers that compete with the Star Trac models for their fluid motions and with their range of programmable workouts the equipment engages users like few others can.

We also have a range of Concept II Rowers; these have been for a long time and still are the world’s best indoor rowing machines due to their simple mechanism yet advanced training methods.

 

Resistance

Our resistance equipment comes from Star Trac, with their simple pin loaded features and smooth motions they are accessible for both men and women and great for improving strength and toning muscles.

The equipment covers all body parts so no area gets left behind, giving you good posture and confidence in your training.

We also have a large free weight area, complete with dumbbells from 2.5kg – 50kg increasing in 2.5kg increments, barbells, squat rack, 2 cable areas and Olympic free weight benches, the complete set up for anyone looking to strengthen and tone their body.

Amenities

Our male and female changing areas are equipped with showers, Swedish saunas, sunbeds and free lockers, something that other fitness centres of our size struggle to provide.
