What's your Aim?

Whether wanting to lose weight or get fit for a specific sport Astley Park Fitness Centre provides individual programs tailored to suit your ambitions and we値l do this for no extra cost. Our members often start seeing results straight away but what we also find is that by getting free regular monthly updates these improvements continue throughout their time with us.

Lose Weight

There are many benefits to losing weight and with our onsite body fat calculator and BMI machine we can help set realistic achievable goals. With the help of one of our instructors giving you  dietary advice, increased intensity workouts and our constant support we値l teach you what you need to know to help you lose those lbs.


Sports Specific

Be at the top of your sport with our help, we値l design a program that will improve your performance within your sport, we値l even go into as much detail as the position you play. We値l teach you how to look after your body to avoid injury and improve your recovery time so you can play more regularly. So whether it痴 a team or individual sport we have the knowledge to help.


Live Longer and better

Regular exercise does more than help us to get fit and lose weight, it can also help us to live longer and it痴 never to late to start. Middle aged people can expect to live longer and reduce their risk of premature death by 23% after they start regular exercise. Being active and working out can dramatically add years to your life!

But what痴 the point of living longer if you feel lethargic? The good news is through regular exercise, you can change things, exercise revitalises you by speeding up your blood flow and your breathing rate, which in turn brings more oxygen to your heart, lungs, brain and muscles which in turn perks you up.
