town centre, we are now entering our 13th year at Astley
Park Fitness Centre and with the launch of our brand new
website we are inviting you to come and see what we have to
offer.
Throughout our
12 years we have always strived to provide friendly
affordable fitness for everyone, no matter what level of
fitness, you could be a complete novice or an experienced
athlete and you will always feel welcome at Astley Park.
At Astley Park
Fitness Centre we want to provide a service that will help
you achieve your goals, we’ll stick with you every step of
the way providing fun innovative workouts tailored around
you. We’ll help keep you motivated, with our fully qualified
& highly experienced staff always available to help, and
with the use of our brand new Star Trac cardio/resistance
equipment, expansive free weight area and our wide range of
aerobics classes we believe we have the formula for success.
This isn’t all
we have to offer though, with our onsite sports/relaxation
therapist, Swedish saunas and coffee area we have the
facilities to help you relax after a stressful day.

We are currently
offering a FREE Trial Visit with no obligation to join; this
is available with a booking. An instructor will induct you
on all the equipment and explain the facilities available to
you, you should use this time to explore what we have to
offer and meet our friendly staff.
